Return and Refund Policy

At Vaanya, a brand of Shambhu Dwara Community Hands, we take utmost care to ensure that our natural home and body care products meet high-quality standards. Since our products are personal care items, we do not accept returns. However, in exceptional cases where we determine that the buyer has raised a genuine concern, we may consider offering a refund. This decision is solely at our discretion.

Conditions for Refund Consideration

A refund request will only be considered if:

1. The product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, such as:

• Issues with the product formulation

• Leakage, breakage, or tampering during shipping

• Any other serious defect affecting product usability

To request a refund, you must:

• Raise the concern within 7 days of delivery.

• Provide clear images or videos showing the defect.

• Share your order number and reason for the refund request via email at support@vaanya.in.

We will review your request and respond within 48 working hours. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

No Exchanges or Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Change of mind

• Dislike of fragrance, texture, or packaging

• Incorrect orders placed by the customer

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product due to our error, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs if a return is required for refund processing.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• If returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 working days, please follow these steps:

1. Check your bank account for any pending transactions.

2. Contact your credit card provider as processing times may vary.

3. Reach out to your bank, as refunds can take time to be reflected.

Sale and Promotional Items

• Products purchased during sales, promotions, or special discounts are not eligible for refunds or replacements, unless they have a manufacturing defect.
